To Attach a Point Cloud

Open the Point Clouds dialog ().

From the dialog's icon bar, click the Attach Point Cloud tool.
The Open dialog opens.

From the file list, select a POD file and click Open.
The point cloud is attached to the DGN and displays in the view(s) selected in the Point Clouds dialog.
